Memberships

You can cancel your membership anytime from your settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period.

Refunds

Membership fees are generally non-refundable for the current period. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days and we'll review it in good faith.

Add-ons

One-off purchases such as profile boosts and featured listings are non-refundable once the promotion has started.
